Who I Serve
While I serve clients across all stages of life, I find I am best able to help people in these specific groups:
Pre-Retirees & Retirees
If you are starting to get serious about retirement planning or are already in retirement, I can offer you a thorough evaluation of where your finances stand today, and provide my recommendations to optimize what you already have in place.
First, we will determine your needs and wants for your retirement. Then we analyze your financial situation, including what your retirement income will most likely look like, and identify retirement risks, any healthcare issues, and your current investment strategy. We then pave a path forward that works uniquely for you and your life.
Throughout the process, I continuously monitor your progress and make adjustments when necessary to increase the longevity of your assets. I can also assist with estate and legacy planning to align with your retirement strategy.
Successful Individuals and Families
As an investment manager with over 40 years of experience, my focus for successful individuals and families is on capital preservation, risk management, and consistent long-term results. If you are in need of a financial advisor to walk you through the formulation of an estate plan, legacy plan, or retirement plan, Blair Capital Management is here for you. Many of my clients have become close friends over the years as I assist them in preserving and growing their wealth and leaving a lasting legacy for those they leave behind. I have also worked with individuals and families as they prepare for a fulfilling retirement stage.
Business Owners
Having worked with some of the biggest financial businesses in the U.S., I find it rewarding to bring my professional business experience to bear in my partnerships with business owners. As a business owner client, I educate myself on the ins and outs of your business and create a complete wealth picture of how your business runs and what it needs financially to continue to be successful for you and your family.
Your business is an ever-evolving entity that requires all professional partners to adapt and be responsive to changing economic climates. This has never been more true than in the last few years, when business owners have had to face a pandemic, inflation, and fears of recession.
In addition to setting up 401(k) plans, I also spearhead succession planning efforts when the time comes by arranging meetings with other professionals on the succession team, such as lawyers, accountants, and buyers.
As a business owner myself, I know the value of adding knowledgeable members to a team to help a business succeed. If you think I could add value to your team, reach out to me and we will discuss all aspects of your business.
Divorcees & Widows
I have a personal commitment to serving people who are going through or have been divorced or widowed. Having lost my parents at a young age, I know all too well how important sound financial advice can be. I consider it a privilege to guide people through these tough life stages as a partner in helping them make this challenging transition financially intact.
As horrible as these situations can be, I often find that taking care of financial aspects in a smart way reduces stress—as much of the stress inherent in these stages is rooted in financial insecurity or uncertainty. am pleased to be the professional who brings financial matters into perspective without the influence of a larger corporate oversight or the naturally high emotional state when going through life’s difficulties.
I try to go above and beyond for my clients. I have worked closely with their divorce attorneys, offered guidance on asset distribution, alimony, and life insurance matters, and have even sat in on legal proceedings. It is my passion to help my clients preserve their wealth and watch it grow. They trust me completely, and I am grateful to serve them and be right by their side throughout the process.
